These are the base level pricing of services. The pricing shall be estimated and decided after understanding and estimation based on the scope
Goods / Products: which are physical in nature once sold cannot be returned unless found damaged or have manufacturing defects. All such returns should be made within 10 days from the date of receipt.
Services delivered are not physical products but services offered require intellectual inputs, and in absence of entity there are no returns possible.
Full refunds are made in goods/products having physical form and accepted as per the Returns Policy.
In case of services offered, the refunds are based on the terms of engagement and primarily have the base of not accomplishment of the objectives of the services. The refunds shall differ from service to service and the follow the terms of engagement of the Agreement
